Usage scenario and purpose: Select visual-related media content in the phone storage (when preparing to cast the screen, use this permission to read the data of the media content selected by the user and then cast it for display

1.4.3 Network related permissions(INTERNET)

Permission function description: Enable the screen projection software to communicate with the external network, establish a connection and send the data required for screen projection, such as screen image data, audio data, etc., to realize the core function of screen projection

Usage scenarios and purposes: Cast videos played on the phone, displayed pictures, or ongoing game screens to smart TVs or other projection devices

1.4.4 Network related permissions(ACCESS_WIFI_STATE)

Permission function description: Used to obtain detailed status information of the device's Wi-Fi connection and provide accurate connection status feedback for the screen projection software

Usage scenarios and purposes: To display accurate connection status prompts to users on the interface, and to troubleshoot and repair problems based on Wi-Fi status information when there are connection problems.

1.4.5 Network related permissions(CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE)

Permission function description: Grant the screen projection software the ability to adjust the device's network connection status under certain conditions, so as to better adapt to different network environments and improve the quality of screen projection.

Usage scenarios and purposes: When the current Wi-Fi network signal is detected to be poor and the phone is connected to other available Wi-Fi networks at the same time, the screen projection software may prompt the user whether to allow the software to automatically switch to a Wi-Fi network with a better signal to optimize the screen projection effect.

1.4.6 Set relevant permissions(VIBRATE)

Permission function description: During the screen projection process, when some important operation prompts or status changes appear, such as successful screen projection connection, screen projection interruption, etc., the screen projection software can provide users with a tactile feedback by making the phone vibrate

Usage scenarios and purposes: Used to control the vibration of the phone in the specific operation prompts or status change scenarios of the screen projection software, provide tactile feedback to the user, and enhance the user experience

1.4.7 Set relevant permissions(INSTALL_SHORTCUT)

Permission function description: Grant the projection software the permission to display floating windows at the system level, so as to implement the above-mentioned floating window related functions and improve user operation convenience

Usage scenario and purpose: The software creates a screen projection shortcut on the desktop

1.4.8 Set relevant permissions(SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

Permission function description: Grant the projection software the permission to display floating windows at the system level, so as to implement the above-mentioned floating window related functions and improve user operation convenience

Usage scenario and purpose: The remote control panel can suspend the current projection interface

Usage scenario and purpose: Bring the task window of the screen projection software to the front, so that it always stays in the foreground, so as to better transfer data and monitor the screen projection status

1.4.10 Set relevant permissions(WAKE_LOCK)

Permission function description: Enables the software to obtain the device's wake-up lock, keep the device active during the screen projection process, and ensure continuous transmission of screen projection data

Usage scenarios and purposes: To ensure continuous transmission of screen projection data and prevent the device from entering sleep mode (such as screen off, CPU frequency reduction, etc.), because once the device enters sleep mode, the transmission of screen projection data may be interrupted, affecting the screen projection effect.

1.4.11 Set relevant permissions(FOREGROUND_SERVICE)

Permission function description: Enable the screen projection software to run as a foreground service, display notifications in the system status bar, let users know the running status of the screen projection service, and ensure the smooth progress of the screen projection process

Usage scenarios and purposes: When the screen projection software is running, especially when performing screen projection operations, it needs to run as a foreground service.

4、About Membership Subscription

4.1 Payment

CetusPlay may offer products and services for purchase on the App (“In-App Purchases”). If you choose to make an In-App Purchase, you acknowledge and agree that additional terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase may apply, and such additional terms are incorporated herein by reference.

4.2 Payment Methods

You can make in-app purchases via the following payment methods (“Payment Methods”):

4.2.1 Purchases made through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (“Third-Party Stores”);

4.2.2 Pay using your credit card, debit card or PayPal account, which will be processed by a third-party processor.

If you make an in-app purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. If we do not receive payment from your selected payment method, you agree to pay all amounts due immediately upon our demand.

4.3 Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: CetusPlay may offer some auto-renewing subscription services, such as a one-week subscription, a one-month subscription, or a three-month subscription (a "Premium Service"). If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your subscription will renew at the end of the term unless you renew at CetusPlay's then-current price. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel before the end of your current subscription period, as described below. Deleting your account or deleting the App from your device will not cancel your subscription. You will be notified of changes to pricing for the Premium Services to which you have subscribed and will have the opportunity to cancel. If CetusPlay changes those prices and you do not cancel your subscription, you agree to be charged CetusPlay's then-current subscription pricing.

4.4 Unsubscribe

If you purchased your subscription directly from CetusPlay, you can cancel or change your payment method through the Payment Settings option on the purchase screen. If you purchased your subscription through a third-party store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you will need to access your account on that third-party store and follow the instructions to change or cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your last paid term, but you will not be eligible for a prorated refund, your subscription will not renew when that term expires, and you will no longer be able to use the premium services or in-app purchases enabled by your subscription.

Since our services may be used without a subscription, canceling your subscription will not delete your profile from our services. If you wish to terminate your account completely, you may cancel your account.

4.5 Subscription pricing

Our pricing varies based on a number of factors. We often offer promotional pricing - which may vary by region, subscription length, bundle size, etc. We also regularly test new features and payment options. Beijing Yumanman Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to: limit the available quantity of any product, feature, service or other offering, including without prior notice; impose conditions on any coupon, discount, offer or other promotion; prohibit any user from conducting any transaction; refuse to provide any product, service or other offering to any user or to honor any offer.

4.6 About Refund

Generally, all purchases are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

For subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin, the following terms apply: You, the Purchaser, may cancel your subscription at any time prior to midnight on the third business day following your subscription date (excluding Sundays and holidays) without penalty or obligation. If you die before the end of the subscription term, your estate will be entitled to a refund of that portion of any amounts you paid for your subscription that is allocable to the term following your death. If you become disabled before the end of the subscription term (e.g., you are unable to use CetusPlay), you will be entitled to a refund of any amounts you paid for your subscription for the term following your disability by providing the Company with notice in the manner in which you request a refund.

4.7 Request a refund:

Request a Refund In addition to canceling, eligible subscribers must request a refund to receive one. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are processed by Apple instead. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click your Apple ID, select Purchase History, find the transaction, and click Report a Problem. You can also submit a request to Apple Support.

For all other purchases: Please contact Customer Support with your order number (which you can find in your order confirmation email or if you purchased from the Google Play Store by logging into Google Wallet). You may also mail or send a signed and dated notice stating that you (the buyer) are canceling this Agreement or text to similar effect. Please also include the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account and your order number. to the contact email address below and we will process the request accordingly.

5、Processing of information about minors

CetusPlay's products and services are not intended for minors. If you are a minor, we recommend that you do not use our products and services. If you must use our products or services, you should read this policy in the company of your guardian and ensure that you have obtained your guardian's consent to use our services and provide us with your information (device).

If your guardian does not agree with your use of our services or provision of information (equipment) to us in accordance with this Policy, please immediately terminate your use of our services and notify us in a timely manner.
